Climate Change Combat Company (4C) |
|
- ●
- System Homes Company (SHC) is running Climate Change Combat Company (4C) during the past 41 years.
- ●
- SHC recently concluded that while the pure renewable energy means contributes 4% CO2 emission
reduction, we can reduce14% of CO2 in the U.S. by our Torquer Motor System (TMS), 3.6 times as higher
as the pure renewable energy means counterparts.
- ●
- This is our original finding and few related politicians including Al Gore know this fact. We have to
advertise this outcome to the public.
- ●
- Electric motors are characterized as one of the most energy consuming devices in use today.
- ●
- SHC has developed TMS for air conditioners, refrigerators, furnace blowers, washing machines, as well
as renewable energy controllers that are more efficient and versatile than those currently in use.
- ●
- Specifically, the SHC Air Conditioners' input power is 46% less than the three-phase induction motor
types, typically used in the U.S., which do not have variable speed drives.
- ●
- The SHC Torquer Fan/Blower systems exhibit 190% overall higher efficiency levels compared to GE-ECM systems.
- ●
- SHC is committed to pursue this route further to realize Zero Emission House (ZEH) by the year 2045.

What is PCWM? |
|
I conducted a real-time pilot training aircraft simulation project when I was working
for Boeing Commercial Airplane Co.
Later, this technology was successfully converted to Pulse Code Width Modulation
(PCWM).
PCWM is an algorithm which describes motor rotation by a digitized real time
mathematical equation. This super cost-performance excelled math-model is being
realized for the first time in the world, since Nicola Tesla patented his Electro-Magnetic
Motors by USPO in May 01, 1888.
We have Japanese and U.S. patents which make this AI technology applicable.
The technology is essential to realize Zero Emission House (ZEH).
Specifically, we'll envision that a lot of U.S. houses equipped with solar panels by
the year 2050, which are currently none continuing from "the Age of the Gods." |

Realization of ZEH |
|
Domestically, System Homes Company (SHC) is committed to commercialize Zero Emission House (ZEH) project using our technology.
We call this technology as Torquer Motor System (TMS) which is also versatile in the overseas marketplaces, so that SHC is to export TMS worldwide.
Statistics include: |
- ●
- 100% efficiency increase estimate over existing air conditioner compressors that use single-speed induction motors.
- ●
- 88% to 97% efficiency increases over existing fan/blowers.
- ●
- 60% price reduction over vector control motor/inverters widely used in Japan.
- ●
- 3% efficiency increase over Japan’s world-leading air conditioner technologies by using patented aerospace AI technologies.

Torquer Product Flow |
Multinational Project |
|
|
SHC provides the OEM clients with TMS parts from the WA State based System Homes Company Washington, Inc. (SHCW). SHCW also functions as the technical service center to the OEM clients.
System Homes Company, Ltd. (SHCJ) exports the controllers and motor parts to SHCW.
Aircon and fan/blower parts are partially assembled in the South East Asia and exported to SHCW.
The Port of Seattle is a tariff-free entrance when the products are imported as the partially assembled status.

US CO2 18% Emission Reduction becomes Possible by TMS + Solar Energy |
|
- 1.
- Wide range of application:
TMS can be applicable to electric motor-driven systems for the HVAC and refrigeration categories which constitute 34.9% of the total energy consumed out of the total 100.2Btu electric power generation.
- 2.
- Integrated system design concept:
TMS can cut the current energy consumption by 47% by employing the following means with less expensive method.
● Optimum efficiency tracking inverter
● Sinusoidal wave driven external rotor motor
● Advanced design compressor and fan/blower
- 3.
- Implementation by deploying an advanced TMS technologies:14.4% of CO2 reduction becomes possible!
- 4.
- Renewable energy (excluding hydro- etc.) contribution:
Only 4.0% of CO2 emission reduction.
- 5.
- Combining TMS with solar energy:
18% CO2 emission reduction becomes possible!!

Torquer PCWM Control |
Super Energy Efficient, Comfortable, and Quiet |
|
|
|
The patented PCWM control incorporates a radical full-digital/sensor-less algorithm that reduces the size and cost while maintaining the output.

Solar Heat Pipe R&D with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation |
Kanagawa, Japan |
|
|
The research and development of solar heat pipe system was performed jointly with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO), in anticipation to export the system to the U.S. The experiment was conducted at the rooftop of Mitsubishi Electric Products Institutes.
The active refrigeration cycle control by a variable speed drive (VSD) was filed by SHC and patented in the much of the world.
The experimental results were presented at the 18th Intersociety Energy Convention Conference held in Orlando, Florida.

Air Conditioner Development for Electrolux/Frigidaire |
Japan / Sweden / U.S. / Italy |
|
|
Electrolux was introduced by a friend of mine at the Liberal and Science Division, University of Tokyo.
Electrolux has its subsidiary in the U.S. by the name of Frigidaire. It was former air conditioner factory of Westinghouse.
The management of Electrolux wished to convert the window type single-speed air conditioners into variable speed mini-split type air conditioners. SHC was selected to perform the objectives.
Electrolux had compressor subsidiary in Italy, and we visited them a couple of times for communication.

PCWM Development with Trane |
Trane: Tyler, TX |
|
|
I first visited Trane at Tyler, TX in September 5, 1993 through introduction from Dr. Arvo Lannus at EPRI in Palo Alto, CA.
Dr. Lannus introduced me Trane because they were one of the GE-ECM motor system developers.
At Trane, I met with a staff who was the GE-ECM developer when the factory used to be under the name of GE.
At this meeting, they provided me some 35 GE-ECM patent copies.
We found out later on
- 1)
- Our patents on our Pulse Code Modulation (PCWM) do not infringe GE-ECM patents at all.
- 2)
- Our PCWM AC motor system exhibits much higher efficiency than the BLDC motor system employed by GE-ECM.
